Los Angeles native Gregory A. Dulan is an example of a Business Leader who has turned his passion into profit and is dedicated to giving back. Greg is a second generation restaurateur following in the footsteps of his father, the King of Soul Food, Adolf Dulan.
In October of 2016, Greg Dulan celebrated his 30th Anniversary in the restaurant and catering business. Some of Dulan’s catering clients include Black Entertainment Television (BET), Sony, Paramount, Nickelodeon, First A.M.E. (FAME), Southern California Edison, McDonalds, his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha and many more. Dulan’s Catering was one of the first private catering companies to serve lunch to Los Angeles’ Public Charter Schools. In October of 2011 Dulan’s Catering, alongside Dulan’s Soul Food Kitchen (his father Adolf Dulan’s company) successfully debuted at the 6th Annual Taste of Soul in LA.
Dulan’s On Crenshaw is a cafeteria-style soul food restaurant. In addition to operating this local favorite, Soul Food Restaurant, Greg continues to cater and offers a banquet hall facility. Dulan’s has also had the distinction of having a National TV Game Show, entitled South of Wilshire, filmed in our main dining room. We have also recently remodeled the restaurant’s C- Room and have re-opened our Front Patio. It is clear that Greg Dulan is the “Restaurant & Catering Connoisseur of Soul Food in Los Angeles,” and a business owner serving the Los Angeles community for over 30 years.
